YEIDA Housing Scheme 2026: If you, too, have been dreaming of building your home near the Noida Airport, the time has come to turn that dream into reality. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to launch a residential scheme today—Monday—located in the vicinity of the Noida International Airport (NIA). Coming right on the heels of the inauguration of the Jewar Airport by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 28, this scheme is nothing short of a boon for those aspiring to reside near this future ‘aviation hub.’ Online applications for this residential scheme will commence today and remain open until May 6.

According to a report by *The Times of India*, a total of 973 residential plots are being offered under this scheme introduced by YEIDA. These plots are situated across Sectors 15-C, 18, and 24. With flight operations expected to commence at the airport shortly, the entire region is poised to witness a significant surge in both land demand and property prices. Furthermore, having secured approval from UP RERA, this project now stands as a completely safe and reliable investment opportunity.

At what rate will plots be available?

In this YEIDA housing project, the land rate has been fixed at ₹36,260 per square meter. To maintain a socio-economic balance, the Authority has also made provisions for reservations. Out of the total plots, 17.5% are reserved for farmers whose land was acquired for the development of the airport and the Yamuna region. Additionally, 5% of the plots are reserved for entrepreneurs whose industrial units are currently operational within this region. The general public is eligible to apply for the remaining plots.

Plots to be Allotted via Draw

The most distinctive feature of this scheme is that the plots will be allotted on a long-term lease spanning 90 years. The allocation under this scheme will not be based on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis, but rather through a draw system. This ensures that every applicant receives an equal opportunity.
