Via UIDAI
- Visit the official site of UIDAI and click on any of the options: “Retrieve Lost or Forgotten EID/UID” or “Aadhaar number (UID)”.
- Fill all the required details completely and correctly
- Now click on “Send OTP”
- Now you will get a one-time passcode on your mobile number that is linked with Aadhaar.
- Authenticate the OTP on the next page, and you will get the Aadhaar Unique Identity Number on your registered mobile number instantly.
Via mAadhaar mobile app
- Open the mAadhaar mobile app on your handset and tap on the ‘Retrieve EID/UID’ option
- Fill all the required details completely and correctly
- Now tap on ‘Request OTP’ and authenticate the same on the next page.’
- On the next page, the mAadhaar app displays the enrolment ID or Aadhaar number after effective submission.
