Odisha hikes DA by 4%

Shortly before, the Odisha government has increased the dearness allowance of its employees by 4 percent. After this decision of the state government, now the dearness allowance of the employees and pensioners of the state has now increased to 42 percent, which was earlier 39 percent. In this episode, now Haryana Government and Tamil Nadu Government have also announced. Dearness Allowance (DA) has been increased for the employees of these state governments. Haryana and Tamil Nadu governments have announced a 4 percent hike in DA, from 38 percent of basic pay to 42 percent with effect from January 1, 2023
