Basically, while buying a new SIM, the customer has to fill the acquisition form. Filling this form means that an agreement has been reached between the company selling the SIM card and the customer. The Department of Telecommunications has made some amendments in this form, after the implementation of which selling SIM cards to minors will be illegal.

So now minors can’t operate mobile

No, it is not so, the telecom department has convinced telecom companies from selling SIMs only in the name of minors. It is not said that from now on, children below the age of 18 will not be able to use SIM or mobile. That SIM simply cannot be bought in his name. It is clear that now no person below 18 years of age in the country will be able to operate a SIM card in his name. Not only this, if a seller sells a SIM to a minor, then it will be considered an illegal act.




SIM card will be issued only after filling CAF form

While buying a SIM card, the customer has to fill in the CAF form, till now the seller of the SIM card used to sell the SIM to someone else in the name of anyone, but from now on there can be punishment for doing so, not only that, less than 18 years of age Along with this, the SIM card is also forbidden to be sold to those whose mental condition is not right.

How many sim cards can a person use

Many people are confused about this question, so let’s clear this doubt today. Everyone thinks that a person can use only 9 SIM cards but it is not so. According to the rules, a person can buy a total of 18 SIMs in his name. In which 9 SIM can be used for calling and data and the remaining 9 can be used for machine to machine communication.
