Aadhaar, UIDAI: The Aadhaar card is one of the most important documents. A user’s demographic and biometric information is recorded in the Aadhaar card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). Along with this, a 12-digit unique number is also given to every Aadhaar cardholder.

If you want to hide the unique number on your Aadhaar card, then you can apply for masked Aadhaar. It is a kind of electronic (soft copy) Aadhaar card, which can be easily downloaded. It should be known that Aadhaar soft copy is also valid as physical copy.
