No one had even thought that the outcome of the wedding, which took place with pomp in Jansa village of Sevapuri area of Varanasi, would be like this. While the girl’s family was relieved after leaving the daughter with a sad heart, preparations were going on in the boy’s family for the arrival of the daughter-in-law. Then the love of a bride going to her in-laws’ house woke up and she informed her lover that she was going to her in-laws house with the groom. The lover ran away with the bride
Actually, the lover of the bride was present in the same car, who ran away with the bride and the groom kept staring. This whole incident happened near a culvert some distance from the bride’s village. After the incident, when the groom informed the bride’s family about this, there was silence in the house. The discussion about this intensified in the village. It is noteworthy that a girl from a village in Jansa area got married on Saturday night with a boy from Balua (Kudi) of Baragaon. The procession came with great fanfare on Saturday. After this, farewell took place on Sunday morning.
The bride ran away by dodging the groom from the middle of the way
Riding in the car with the groom, the bride went to her in-laws’ house and escaped midway. The car rider took the bride towards Badagaon. Local people say that the girl who got married had a love affair with a young man. Both wanted to live with each other but the family members did not allow it. Seeing the opportunity, both of them fled away. In this case no complaint was given in Jansa police station. The police station said that there is no information about the incident, if the complaint is received then appropriate action will be taken.
