Amazon Prime’s new youth offer, these users will get additional benefits with Rs 500 cashback

Amazon India has offered Youth Offer for the new Prime Members. Under this offer, customers in the age group of 18-24 years will get a cashback of up to Rs 500. This offer is applicable for customers purchasing a three-month membership or Annual Membership.


Amazon India has offered Youth Offer for new Prime members. Under this offer, customers in the age group of 18-24 years will get a cashback of up to Rs 500. This offer is applicable for customers purchasing three months membership or annual membership. Amazon has offered this offer only for Android users, and is not eligible for users recharging through desktop or iOS apps. Amazon Prime offers free delivery, access to Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music and much more.

The e-commerce giant is offering Annual Prime Membership in India at an effective price of Rs 499. And you will get 3 months membership at an effective price of Rs 164. This youth offer can be availed by only youths in the age group of 18-24 years. Also, this offer can be redeemed for any remote OS only through Android app and mobile browser version. This means that the offer is not applicable through the iOS app, but can be redeemed by logging into the Amazon app through a mobile browser.

Amazon users will have to pay Rs 329 for 3-month membership and Rs 999 for annual membership and can then redeem the cashback after uploading the age verification. Customers will have to verify their age by uploading an ID proof (Aadhaar card/ PAN card/ Voter ID card/ Driving license) and a selfie. Once verified, Rs.500 (for annual membership) or Rs.165 (for three-month subscription) will be credited to the customer’s Amazon Pay balance account within 48 hours. This amount can be used to buy things from Amazon.


With this youth offer, Amazon is offering a 50% discount on Prime Membership to select customers in India. Amazon recently discontinued its monthly Prime membership offering in India, which is priced at Rs. This was followed by the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) new guideline for the implementation of AFA for processing Recurring Online Transactions.
