In fact, before this, the receiver had told the court that there was not enough response from the banks to finance these Amrapali projects. After this, the court has asked the lawyers representing the banks to meet the receiver with their officials and submit their proposal by January 18. Amrapali case is being heard on every Monday. Advocate Kumar Mihir, representing Amrapali home buyers, said, “The case of financing the banks Dravara Amrapali project has been pending for a long time. This problem should be resolved as soon as possible. The Supreme Court aware of the case is constantly asking banks to prepare their proposal. In this case, information has also been given to the Reserve Bank of India. Once this issue is resolved, then these Amrapali projects can be easily delivered on time.

Aggarwal is the senior director of NBCC and he was looking after the construction of Amrapali projects. Now he has retired.
