Bank Debit Card services Close: Private sector Kotak Mahindra Bank has issued an alert message for customers. In this message, the bank has said that its debit card services will not be available for some time.
When will the problem occur: Kotak Bank said in an email sent to customers, “This is to inform you that the bank’s systems will undergo maintenance activity from 01.00 am to 03.30 am on March 16 and March 20, 2024.” During this period, Kotak Bank debit card services will be temporarily unavailable. This includes services of ATM, POS, ECOM, QR, Payment Tokenization, Cardless Cash Withdrawal, PIN Authentication and PIN Generation, Blocking or Unblocking the Card, Card Control – Transaction Amount Limit Modification and Activation or Deactivation.
