Banks do not have many holidays in February. Banks have holidays in different states depending on their festival. On February 12, the banks of Sikkim have a holiday on the occasion of Sonam Losar. On February 15, the banks of Manipur will remain closed on the occasion of Louis Nagai Ni. Banks will be closed in Haryana, Orissa, Punjab, Tripura and West Bengal on the occasion of Vasant Panchami on 16 February. Apart from this, banks of Maharashtra will remain closed on the occasion of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti on 19 February. On February 20, banks in Arunachal and Mizoram will remain closed. While on 26th February, there will be a holiday in Uttar Pradesh banks on the occasion of Hazrat Ali Jayanti. On the 27th of February, banks of Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab will be closed on the occasion of Guru Ravidas Jayanti. Apart from these holidays, banks will remain closed on the second and fourth Saturdays and all Sundays of the month.
