If your KYC information remains unchanged and your address is the same, you can now update your KYC details hassle-free through various non-face-to-face channels such as your registered email-id, registered mobile number, ATMs, online banking/internet banking/mobile banking, etc.

STEP 1: Log in to your bank’s online portal or mobile app.
STEP 2: Click on KYC update section in Account Settings.
STEP 3: Enter all the information asked like address, phone number etc.
STEP 4: Scan and upload the documents for address proof or identity proof.
STEP 5: Check the information entered and submit the request to update KYC.
