Apart from this, banks are closed in different cities on 18th September, 19th September and 20th September due to Ganesh Chaturthi.

  • September 18, 2023 – Banks will remain closed in Karnataka and Telangana on the occasion of Vinayak Chaturthi.
  • September 19, 2023 – Banks will remain closed in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Orissa, Tamil Nadu and Goa on Ganesh Chaturthi.
  • September 20, 2023 – Banks will remain closed in Orissa and Goa due to Ganesh Chaturthi (second day) and Nuakhai.

  • 25 September 2023- Due to the birth anniversary of Srimanta Sankardev, there will be a bank holiday in Guwahati.
  • 27 September 2023- Banks will remain closed in Jammu, Kochi, Srinagar and Trivandrum due to Milad-e-Sharif.
  • 28 September 2023- Due to Eid-e-Milad, banks will remain closed in Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Belapur, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Dehradun, Telangana, Imphal, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur, Ranchi.
  • 29 September 2023- Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, banks will remain closed in Gangtok, Jammu and Srinagar.
