BHIM UPI is facing problems in digital transactions, complain here, NPCI launches new facility

NPCI has started ‘UPI Help’ on Bhima UPI. Customers will be able to find out the status of their pending transactions and use UPI Help for transaction related complaints.

New Delhi: A new feature has been added to this payment platform for customers using Bheem UPI for digital transactions. With the help of this new facility, customers will be able to find out the status of their pending transactions and also register a complaint.

National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has started ‘UPI Help’ on Bhima UPI. Customers will be able to find out the status of their pending transactions and use UPI Help for transaction related complaints. The app will also have the facility to complain for merchant transactions.

NPCI said on Tuesday that the move was in line with the RBI guidelines to create a customer-friendly and transparent redressal mechanism.

Which bank’s customers will be able to avail this facility

NPCI has initially introduced this feature on the Bhima app for customers of State Bank of India, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank.

Customers of Paytm Payments Bank and TJSB Cooperative Bank will also be able to take advantage of UPI-HELP soon. NPCI said that customers of other banks using UPI will also be able to take advantage of this facility in the coming months.
