SBI latest news: The country’s largest bank SBI has made a big announcement. The new timetable will be applicable from 1st June 2021. So far, all the branches of SBI were opening from 10 am to 2 pm.
The country’s largest bank SBI has made a big announcement. From now on, the time of opening and closing of the bank has changed. According to the State Bank of India, changes have been made in the opening and closing of the bank. The new timetable will be effective from 1 June 2021. So far, all branches of SBI (SBI Branch timings) were opening from 10 am to 2 pm. However, the timing has been extended to 2 hours. All branches of SBI across the country will be closed at 4 pm.
2 hours extended
SBI customers can now visit the bank for their work from 10 am to 4 pm. The functioning of banks has also been affected due to Pandemic Coronavirus. That’s why all the banks had made changes in their timings. SBI had also changed its timetable (SBI new timetable) keeping in mind the Kovid-19. Bank branches were operational from 10 to 2 only. But, now a relief of 2 hours has been given in this. The positivity rate has also come down considerably as compared to earlier. In such a situation, the bank has extended the working time by 2 hours.
The new timetable came into effect from June 1
The new timetable in SBI has been implemented from June 1 itself. Bank officials believe that due to Kovid-19, the timing of banks was reduced. But, now gradually the cases are decreasing, so the timing of the bank has also been changed.

SBI has also given information on the changes in the timing of the branch (SBI Branch timing). In response to a user’s query regarding bank timing, the bank said that as per the guidelines of the Bankers’ Committee, the branches of the bank will serve its customers from 10 am to 4 pm. This new timing of the bank will be applicable from June 1.
