Bihar News: Earthquake tremors, people rushed out of homes in many districts of Bihar including capital Patna

Earthquake tremors were felt in several districts of Bihar including the capital Patna on Monday night at 9:23 am. The intensity of the earthquake is reported to be 3.5 on the Richter scale. Due to its center being five km below ground around Patna, its intensity was felt more.

The effect was seen from six to seven seconds. Due to the earthquake, the fans of the houses started quaking and people came out of the houses and apartments in panic. People driving on the roads also realized the earthquake and people were seen taking their lives by standing vehicles on the place on Bailey Road. Meanwhile, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said in a tweet that “I wish everyone safety and request everyone to take precautions and go to safe open places if needed.”

According to the meteorological center Patna, it has a center in Patna district, 20 km north and west of Nalanda. Earlier, at Nicobar Island, there was a 4.2 magnitude fire on the Richter scale on Monday night at 7.24 am. Due to its location in Nicobar, the impact was not seen in Bihar, but due to the shock of 9.23 pm, panic was seen among the people. Fear of after shock people stayed outside for long. People of the neighborhoods on Bailey Road were also seen walking outside the houses. However, there was no impact on purchases in the markets.

Earthquake tremors were felt in almost the entire state including Patna. Its center was around Patna. The intensity was not high but the vibration was felt for a long time.

everywhere in Jaleshwar temple path near Secretariat Colony of Patna. SN Singh, a resident of Secretariat Colony, went out of the house with his family. More than 2 dozen people gathered around him. SN Singh said that while sitting on the couch in the house watching the news, in the meantime he sensed the earth moving, he came out of the house screaming. Such views were also seen at Kanti Factory Road, Kankarbagh Main Road, Kali Mandir Road, Hanuman Nagar, Patna from 9:20 am to 10:00 pm, besides Jaleshwar Temple Path.

Kumar Sanjeev, the operator of a hotel on the Kankarbagh Main Road, had come out on the road with his personnel. He said that the guests of his hotel also came out after feeling the tremors. Ravindra Singh, a resident of Jaleshwar Temple Path, said that the tremors were felt despite being mild. He said that a sudden stop fan felt tremors. At the same time, the market of discussion about earthquake tremors on the streets and square intersections was hot. The tremors of the recent earthquake in Delhi this week brought the memories of the earthquake to the people of Patna.

What to do in the

– If you get buried under debris during an earthquake, cover the mouth with a handkerchief or cloth.

– Keep the pipe or wall running to express your presence under the debris, so that the rescue team can find you.

– If you do not have any remedy, keep shouting and do not give up.
