Kanpur, It was believed that Vikas Dubey was preparing for an attack on the policemen when he came to know that the police were coming for Bikeru Dabish. However, the call detail report (CDR) of Vikas and his associates is stating that he was aware that the police might take action against him, so he hatched a conspiracy to shed blood. This is the reason that from the morning of July 2, he started talking to his disciples on mobile and this sequence continued unabated till the attack on the policemen.
In the charge sheet, police has installed mobile CDR of Vikas Dubey from June 1, 2020 to July 4, 2020. It is clear from the CDR that the development was suspected after a dispute with Rahul Tiwari and a fight with the then SO Chaubepur Vinay Tiwari at his home on 1 July. On July 2, at six thirty in the morning, he received a call from an acquaintance and three minutes later, Vikas had spoken to his most trusted colleague, Ziladar Singh. There was 114 second conversation between Vikas and Ziladar. After this, at 8:46 am, he talked to his other trusted aide Hiroo Dubey for 108 seconds. On July 1, while a total of 89 calls were received from Vikas Dubey’s phone, on July 2 this number increased to 107. He stayed on the phone all day and talked to his people. Except for a few, all calls were made within a minute and a half. According to the CDR, after 12 o’clock when he got the information about the police raid, he first called and threatened the soldier Rajiv Kumar. He then called 14 other people, including Amar Dubey, Prabhat Mishra, Jiladar Singh, Prem Prakash Pandey, etc. It is clear that since the dispute with SO Vinay Tiwari, Vikas had started preparing to get involved with the police.
