Bilaspur News: Hearing in Bilaspur Airport case, petitioner demands 3C VFR to IFR, to be heard again after 4 weeks…

Bilaspur Hearing on the petition of journalist Kamal Kumar Dubey was held in the double bench of the High Court today. As soon as the hearing began, the lawyers thanked the Chief Justice, including the state government, for starting the airport from the airport. After this, on behalf of the petitioner, advocate Ashish Shrivastava has made these four demands from Chief Justice PR Ramachandra Menon and PP Sahu.

The petitioner demanded that street lights be arranged from Maharana Pratap Chowk to Chakarbhatha Airport. Apart from this, to go to the airport, one has to go through the market area of ​​Chakarbhatha, hence demanded to arrange for the dividers so that the traffic system is fixed.




Also, Bilaspur Airport is currently a 3C VFR category airport, to be IFR. Apart from this, the remaining land, which is to be taken from the army, also demanded to be taken soon, so that the airport can be expanded.

Advocates of the state government attended the hearing. The Assistant Solicitor Journal was presented by the Central Government, on which the court has sought an answer from the state government in four weeks.

What is VFR and IFR

VFR i.e. Visual Flight Rules Bilaspur Airport is currently placed in 3C VFR category, with flight takeoff and lending only from flight sunrise to sunset.

IFR means Institutional Flight Rules It has the facility of night landing and takeoff. There has been a demand to keep Bilaspur Airport in the 3C IFR category.
