India Post Payment Bank has also given information to the customers by tweeting about this. step by step process
To book LPG cylinder online, first you need to download IPPB Mobile Banking App. After this you have to login and select the option of LPG cylinder. Then you have to select the biller option and enter the consumer, distributor, LPG ID and registered mobile number. Then you have to choose the mode of payment by clicking on the option of Receive Bill. Then you have to click on Payment, Confirm, after which you will receive an OTP. Your cylinder booking will be done as soon as you enter the OTP. You will also receive related SSS on your mobile.
The prices of LPG cylinders in the four metros of the country are as follows. For LPG cylinder in the capital of the country, you will have to spend Rs 899.50. At the same time, the price of LPG cylinder in Mumbai is Rs 899.50. Whereas, in Kolkata, an LPG cylinder is available for Rs 926.00. LPG price in Chennai is Rs.915.50.
