Digital Shagun: Digital payments have become a new trend in India over the last few years. From small shopkeepers to street vendors, everyone has QR codes that can be scanned to transfer money. However, a bride and groom took the QR code system altogether to a different level.

The bride and groom used an innovative way to collect ‘shagun’ at their wedding. They used payment apps PhonePe and Google Pay to enable guests to make gift contributions digitally.

Guests who wished to gift the couple did not need to come to the marriage function with a parcel or gift. They could just scan the code and send money to the couple.

The video of the unique gift system at the wedding was shared on Instagram by user @funnythoughtss and has been going viral with more than millions of views. The caption of the video reads, “Desh Badal Raha Hai.”

The video starts with the bride and groom sitting at the mandap. Later, the focus shifts toward the QR Code stand that is installed near the mandap. However, there is a twist in the video.

A man sends just Rs 1 which has left the internet amused with hilarious reactions from social media users in the comment section.

“If they add voice notifications saying the guy name who sent the amount,” commented a user with laughing emojis.

“Yeh Koi Tarika Hai Bhikh Maange Ka,” commented another user while another user wrote, “Yeh Nahin Sudhrengey.” Urfi Javed showed cleavage in barbie style in a braless dress, the s*xy look of the actress went viral
