BSNS has given a big decision in the Corona era to its prepaid customers. Customers who have not been able to recharge to keep the validity of their SIM from 1 April. Their validity has been extended till 31 May. In addition, the telecom company has also decided to provide 100 minutes of free talk time. Actually, there is a lock-down in many states. In such a situation, many consumers have not been able to recharge to keep the connection running even after the validity of their BSNL SIM is over. Incoming calls of BSNL are also not coming on the mobile of these customers.
Mohammad Zafar Iqbal, General Manager (Sales and Marketing), BSNL Uttar Pradesh Eastern Circle, said that due to the lockdown many consumers have not been able to recharge the validity extension in time and their services have stopped. In this hour of crisis, BSNL is extending the validity of the mobile numbers of all such consumers till May 31, 2021 for free. Whose validity expired on or after 1 April 2021. Due to which consumers continue to get incoming calls. Apart from this, BSNL is also offering 100 minutes of free calling to all, to help them stay in touch with their loved ones during this difficult time.
The facility is open to all consumers whose validity expired on or after April 1, 2021. The same BSNL has also brought many affordable long-term packs for low-income customers. The plan voucher 106/107 offers 100 minutes, three GB data, validity 100 days and BSNL Tune for the first 60 days. Similarly, unlimited calling in plan voucher 197, two GB data per day, 100 SMS per day, BSNL Tune and Zing music content with first 18 days, validity 180 days, unlimited calling in plan voucher 397, two GB data per day, 100 SMS per day, BSNL Tune and Lokdhun content will get first 60 days validity 365 days. Consumers can also visit the My BSNL mobile app, BSNL website and other popular wallets to recharge.
