CBSE Board 12th examinations have been canceled. This decision has been taken in view of the present frightening form of Corona in the country. Earlier news was coming that Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank can announce the date and format of 12th exam today. CBSE’s 12th examination was postponed in view of the increasing cases of corona infection, after which it was canceled today.
Significantly, the high-level meeting was organized on 23 May under the chairmanship of Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Apart from Nishank, this meeting was attended by the Education Ministers of the states and other officials associated with the Ministry of Education. After the meeting, Ramesh Pokhriyal had said in his video message that a decision would be taken on June 1 regarding the 12th examination.
The states had sent their suggestions to the Center regarding the 12th examination. Many states were in favor of the multiple question exam given by the CBSE. At the same time, some states had insisted on the vaccination of students and teachers before the examination.
