There were a large number of employees under the Central Government who were recruited under the new pension system National Pension System (NPS). But it was the allegation of such employees who knocked on the court that they were declared successful before 2004. The selection was also done before 2004, but he was appointed after 2004.
There were many similar reasons, due to which his job started after 2004. And because of this, the government kept them under NPS. The Delhi High Court, while giving its verdict on this, said that the government should give benefits of the old pension system to such employees. Which the government has accepted.
