Only Dearness Allowance will not increase for central employees in July. Rather, other allowances are also set to increase. This includes Travel Allowance and City Allowance. Salary will increase even after promotion

The next 6 months are also important for central employees because they can get promotion. After filling the self-assessment by June, there will be an officer review. After that the file will proceed. Along with the promotion, the salary of the employees (CG Employees Salary Hike) will also increase. The assessment of this appraisal will be completed by December. Promotion and salary increase will be according to the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission (7th Pay Commission). There is a demand of Central Government employees that they should also be given DA Arrear from January 2020 to June 2021. Means his arrears should also be paid along with three installments. However, a meeting of the Employees’ Union, Ministry of Finance is to be held in June regarding this matter. But, its date is not fixed yet. Dearness Allowance (DA) may increase by 4 percent more

Dearness Allowance (DA) of central government employees is to be paid in July. Three installments of January 2020, June 2020 and January 2021 will be paid. But, now the DA of June 2021 is also to be increased. It is being speculated that 4 percent DA will increase in June 2021 as well. However, it will be announced later and if it increases to 4 per cent, then the total DA will reach 32 per cent. It is clear that by the end of the year, the salary of central employees will increase once again.
