DDA Housing Scheme: There’s good news for those considering buying a home in Delhi. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its first housing scheme for 2026. This scheme, called the DDA Citizen Housing Scheme 2026, offers various categories of flats in Delhi’s Narela and Siraspur areas. A key feature of this scheme is that the DDA is offering up to 25% discount on flats. This discount will also apply to the DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025 (Phase 3).
Where and what types of flats are available?
A total of 1,712 flats have been made available under the DDA Citizen Housing Scheme 2026.
Narela offers flats in HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS categories.
Only LIG flats are offered in Siraspur.

459 MIG flats
481 LIG flats
63 EWS flats
While in Siraspur,
411 LIG flats are available.
What is the price of the flats?
Narela
High-end flats: Rs 95.88 lakh to Rs 1.17 crore
MIG flats: Rs 66.28 lakh to Rs 83 lakh
LIG flats: Rs 15.26 lakh to Rs 15.32 lakh
EWS flats: Rs 9.60 lakh to Rs 9.69 lakh
Siraspur
LIG flats: Rs 11.51 lakh to Rs 11.71 lakh
How much will the booking amount be?
According to the DDA circular, the following amount must be deposited at the time of booking:
HIG: 10 lakh rupees
MIG: 4 lakh rupees
LIG: 1 lakh rupees
EWS: 50,000 rupees
In addition, a non-refundable registration fee of 2,500 rupees will also be required.
How to book?
Registration for this scheme began on January 24th.
Bookings are open until January 28th.
To book a flat, people must visit the DDA housing portal
https://eservices.dda.org.in
and select DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026.
Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025 (Phase 3)
DDA has also made available 691 additional EWS flats in Narela. These flats are located in sectors G7/G8 and A1 to A4. A 25% discount is also being offered on these flats. Bookings began on January 27th.
