Delhi High Court order – Home or car, it is necessary to apply mask, otherwise penalty will be imposed

Hearing this, the court said that even though the car belongs to any one person, it is a public place. The High Court has said that the mask is like a mask (Mask Surakasha Kavach), which prevents the spread of corona infection. Justice Pratiba M Singh said that whether you are in a car or at home, it is necessary to apply a mask, the mask is a protective shield.

‘Mask required even when traveling alone in a car’

In view of the increasing cases of corona infection, Kejriwal government of Delhi has imposed a night curfew in the national capital. Night curfew will be in force from Tuesday night to April 30 from 10 to 5 pm every night. For this, DDMA has also issued a formal order clarifying what restrictions have been imposed during these curfews. However, the government has clearly stated that due to this curfew, no necessary service will be affected in any way.

Exemption to Health, Disaster Control, Police, Civil Defense, Fire Service, District Administration, Account, Electricity Department, Water and Sanitation and Government officials connected with Air Rail and Bus, Delhi Government officials and all employees of Autonomous Bodies and Corporation. Will remain.

All private medical staff, doctors, nursing staff, paramedical staff, diagnostic centers, clinics etc. will also get discounts. Exemptions will also be available for pregnant women and patients. Those going to or coming from the airport, railway station, bus station or coming from there will get a discount on showing valid tickets. People associated with the diplomat office of other countries will get exemption from these restrictions on showing valid icard. There will be no restriction on the movement of essential and non-essential goods coming from other states.
