Hooda City Center station of Delhi Metro is going to be renamed. It has now been decided to name it Gurugram City Centre. HUDA City Center is a metro station of the Yellow Line. This station comes in Gurugram of Haryana. In order to implement this decision, the process of changing the name in all official documents, signages, announcements etc. has been started.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has informed about this through a tweet. DMRC said in a tweet that it has been decided to change the name of HUDA City Center metro station on Yellow Line to Gurugram City Centre. If sources are to be believed, a request was made by both the Center and Haryana Government to change the name of Hooda City Centre.
येलो लाइन पर हुडा सिटी सेंटर मेट्रो स्टेशन का नाम बदलकर गुरुग्राम सिटी सेंटर करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इसी के अनुसार, सभी आधिकारिक दस्तावेजों, साइनेज, घोषणाओं आदि में नाम बदलने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है और क्रमश: इन्हे बदला जाएगा।
