YEIDA is offering all types of plots, big and small, in Sector 18 and 22-D near the Jewel International Authority. The allocation of the plot will be on the basis of lottery. The reserved class will also get a discount in this.
New Delhi. If you are dreaming of building a house in Delhi-NCR, then this special opportunity is for you. Yamuna Express Development Authority (YEIDA) is giving you a chance to build a house near Jewar International Airport (Jewar Airport). You can make your dream come true by applying by 30 March. Authority will allocate all types of plots, big and small, in Sector-18 and 22-D. The total number of plots is 440. The lottery of the plot will be taken out on 5 May. Whose name will appear in the lottery, the plot will be allotted in its name. But fees will also have to be submitted along with the application. The reserved class has been exempted from fees.
Notably, Yida has already allocated residential and commercial plots near Jewar International Airport. According to the Yida officials, the new plan for plot allocation is just 15 minutes away from the airport, while Buddha is only a few steps away from the International Circuit. The special thing is that Yida is going to give the chance of big plot under this scheme to those who start the startup. In this way both home and employment will be close together. Plots can be applied both online and offline.
You can build a house by taking a plot of this size
Yida has brought plots ranging from 60 sqm to 4 thousand sqm under this scheme. The chance of a big plot will be given to those who start the startup. But the condition will be that they have filled GST last year. Also, registration in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) will also be necessary.
But one condition will be for both those who have plot, including Residential and Startup. That is, with the size of the plot for which you will apply, you will have to submit 10 percent of the plot price. The total price of the plot will have to be deposited within 30 days on the name of lottery. If the lottery is not named, this amount will be returned later.

According to Yida, the registration fee will have to be submitted while applying for any size plot as per the rules. The reserved class has been given some exemption in fees. Such as
60 square meter plot – Rs 50,600 for reserved category. 1,01,200 for others.
90 square meter plot – Rs 75,900 for reserved category. 1,51,800 for others Rs.
120 m मीटर – Rs 1,01,200 for reserved category. 2,02,400 for others.
300 square meters – Rs 2,48,250 for reserved category. 4,96,500 for others.
500 square meters – Rs 4,13,750 for reserved category. 8,27,500 rupees for others.
1000 square meters – Rs 8,27,500 for reserved category. 1,65,500 rupees for others.
2000 square meters – Rs 1,65,500 for reserved category. 3,31,000 for others.
4000 square meters – Rs 3,31,000 for reserved category. 6,62,000 for others.
