Delhi police: DCP of Shahdara district told that our team reached the accused through technical surveillance and arrested it red handed. A mobile phone has also been recovered from him.
The Cyber Police of Shahdara District of Delhi Police arrested a man who black-mailed the girls by sending them dirty pictures of them. This person used to seduce the pictures of girls first and then contact them on social media and threaten them that it will make their pictures viral on social media and if they do not want to do so, then give their mouthful money.
Shahdara district police had received a complaint of a 13-year-old girl after a man molested her by making her pornographic and then threatening to make her viral. In return for this, he is demanding 50 thousand rupees from him. Taking cognizance of this case, the police registered a case under Section 354A / 353D / 384/506 of the IPC and Section 12 POSCO Act.
The police came to know during the investigation that this minor had come in contact with her through Instagram and this minor had also sent some of his pictures to this person. The accused had morphed those same pictures into porn and was demanding money in lieu of not making them viral.
The accused hails from Haryana of Hisar
DCP of Shahdara district said that our team reached this accused through technical surveillance and arrested him red handed. A mobile phone has also been recovered from it, due to which it was active on social media. The accused has been identified as 29-year-old Rajbir, who hailed from Hisar, Haryana. At present, it is under the police’s custody and similar data of other girls has also been recovered near it.
