New Delhi. Disney+ Hotstar has started testing a new monthly mobile plan for some of its users on Android. The mobile plan is available for Rs 49 per month under an introductory offer on select payment methods. This plan is ad-supported and will give subscribers access to the entire Disney+ Hotstar library on a smartphone or tablet with only one device logged in at a time. You will get 720p HD video resolution and stereo audio quality.

50% off on Rs 99 plan

A screenshot of this plan detail was posted on Reddit. It is originally priced at Rs 99 per month, but under an introductory offer, customers can get it for just Rs 49 by paying through card, Paytm, PhonePe or UPI.

Rest of the plans are for the whole year

According to Hotstar customer support, they are currently testing it for select Android users. This is the first monthly plan for Disney+ Hotstar, the other subscription offers are for a year and include Mobile for Rs 499, Super for Rs 899 and Premium for Rs 1,499.

Amazon Prime becomes expensive then Netflix becomes cheaper

Amazon Prime Video subscription has become expensive. The price has been increased to Rs 500. The price of the initial plan of Amazon Prime Video has gone up to Rs 179. Earlier this plan was for Rs 129. The year-long plan has become Rs 1499 instead of Rs 999. At the same time, Netflix has also introduced a new plan, reducing its subscription charge in the meantime.
