How to Apply for Learner’s License
- To apply, first you have to go to the RTO website.
- Here you have to select the facility for which you want to apply like you can apply for Drivers/ Learner License option, if you have to apply for Learner.
- After that you have to select the state. Now you have to check whether your city is providing online facility completely or not.
Apply online for driving license like this
- To apply for driving license online, first of all you have to visit www.transport.delhi.gov.in and download the application form and get it printed.
- After that you have to submit the completely filled form to your nearest RTO.
- Along with that you also have to submit all the necessary documents.
- After that you will be given a slot for the driving test.
- The driving license will be delivered to the home address after two to three weeks of passing the test.

- Attested copy of passport
- Certificate issued by the Institute for employees working in the Central or State Government

- Voter ID

- LIC Policy Bond
