Safety certificate course will have to be broken if traffic rules are broken
The new rules will be applicable from November 2021. According to the rules, if you already have a driving license and you have broken the traffic rules, then you will have to pass the safety certificate course. You will get 3 months to complete this refresher course. The Aadhar card of the driver who has completed this course will be linked to the driving license so that their driving can be tracked. The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) is now going to be strict about safe driving. The ministry is about to introduce a system to mark the toll crosses without two-wheelers without helmets and meet the police. In this, footage of bike riders will be shared and their challan will be cut without putting a helmet.
