Employees Transfers: Important news for the officers and employees of this state, ban on transfers, this is the big reason

After the new arrangement, now the state government will have to take permission from the Election Commission before transferring the collector. Let us tell you that 18 IAS officers have been transferred by the state government late on Sunday night.

This is why the election banned transfers

Actually, the second special summary revision work will start in Madhya Pradesh from August 2, which will continue till August 31. The same Chief Electoral Officer Anupam Rajan has instructed the collectors to ensure the availability of BLOs on every working day at all polling stations in the state during office hours from August 2 to 31. Instructions have also been given to immediately dispose of applications for addition, deletion and amendment of names of voters and to appoint sector officers. During the revision, from August 3 to August 10, the sector officers will read the voter list in the presence of voters and BLOs. Physical verification of all the names that have been struck off from the voter list after January 5, 2023, will also be done by the sector officer.

Voter list will be released in October

Apart from this, if there are more than 6 voters in a house, then it will also be verified by the sector officer and after that the final publication of the voter list will be done on October 4. If media reports are to be believed, considering the work of voter list, the commission has instructed the government not to transfer any officer-employee associated with it. If it is necessary to remove it, prior permission should be taken from the commission. In this, 64 thousand 100 booth level officers including sector officers, registration officers, sub-divisional officers and collectors are included.

Officers frozen at one place for 3 years will be transferred

After the Election Commission’s ban, now the state government will have to take permission from the Election Commission before transferring the collector. This system has been implemented in view of the special revision work of voter list which is going to start from August 2.
