Find out from the app whether gold is real or fake, complaint of bad quality gold will also be registered

Through the BIS-Care mobile app, it can be found out how pure is the gold you have bought. Apart from this, a complaint can also be filed about the license, registration and hallmark number on the app.

The more gold is purchased in our country, the more questions also arise on the purity of gold. People are often deceived in terms of quality of gold. Many times fraud is also done on gold, you are given a fake or very poor quality gold. In such a situation, there is also a mobile app through which you can test the purity of gold.

Especially that this app for women can prove to be very amazing and workable because no one can compete with women in the purchase of gold. In fact, the Union Ministry of Consumer and Food (Union Ministry of Consumer and Food) has launched the BIS-Care Mobile App. Through this app, it can be found out how pure is the gold you have bought.

Along with this, customers can also register their complaint besides checking the purity of gold on this app. Apart from this, a complaint can also be filed about the license, registration and hallmark number on the app.

Apparently, the government has made gold hallmarking mandatory across the country. From July 1, 2021, on the complaint of selling gold jewelery and jewelery without hallmark, jewelery traders may have to pay a fine of up to one lakh rupees or up to five times the price of jewelery under the provisions of the BIS Act. Also, there can be a jail term of one year. The court will decide the penalty or punishment. Earlier this rule was to come into force from 15 January.
