You can do this in the morning or before bed. It helps in lower back pain, knee pain and varicose veins.

1. From knee to chest
This is an easy stretch. It helps in reducing back pain. The Nutritionist suggested that in this you should hold each leg for 5 seconds. Mix these two legs together and hold them again for 5 seconds at the same time.

2. Spinal Twist
The second stretch is the same as a seated spinal twist. This will also give you relief in back pain. While doing this, you have to move the lower body to the left side. In this, keep the upper body straight on the floor. Repeat the same way on the other side.

3. Third Stretch
To do the third stretch, you have to put your left foot on the right knee. You have to do this pose for 5 seconds with each leg. This stretch will give relief in back pain.
