Foreign companies will not interfere in BSNL’s 4G service

BSNL’s 4G service will be the most secure communication service in the country. This is because for the first time an Indian telecom company has decided to allow only Indian companies to operate in its core system. Under this, an Indian company or a foreign-invested company that will be owned by Indians will be allowed to work in the core system of 4G services of BSNL.

Sandeep Aggarwal, head of the Telecom Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce, wrote a letter thanking Telecom Secretary Anshu Prakash for this decision. In which he has said that this will change the scenario of telecom sector in the coming time. This will also provide new opportunities for Indian equipment manufacturers.

Aggarwal pointed out that the telecom sector consists of two systems, Rain and Core. There is a system connected to a rain or radio tower while the core is the heart or brain of the telecom sector. If a company operates in the core of the telecom sector, then it has control over the entire communication system. He has access to all dialogues. In such a situation, allowing only Indian companies to work in this field from BSNL is a welcome step. This will completely eliminate the possibility of spying by foreign companies or contractors.

Aggarwal said that apart from this, the government has also decided that any company, domestic or foreign, can install radio systems installed on the tower. But they have to give their source code to the government. This means that whenever the government wishes, it will be able to find out on one click whether the company providing the radio service is doing any spying.
