Gautami was returning home from school by bus as usual. Suddenly a stranger sitting next to her put his hand in her pants, which confused her. She did not understand what was happening to her. She said, ‘I was so young that it took me a few moments to understand what was actually happening.’
Gautami further said, ‘I got off the bus immediately out of fear. For about 15-20 minutes, I was filled with fear, thinking that the man might be following me.’ Even after reaching home, she was afraid to tell all this to her mother.
