Gold Price Today: The shine of gold has faded, silver also fell, this is the price of 10 grams of gold

Gold Silver Price, 7th June 2021: Due to the decrease in the cases of coronavirus, economies around the world have improved. On Friday, positive data of the US economy was released, due to which investor sentiment improved and gold’s luster has faded.



New Delhi: Gold-Silver Price Update: There was a significant fall in the prices of gold and silver last week . There was a declining trend in both the metals in the global markets, whose effect was visible in the local bullion market. Economies around the world have improved due to the decrease in the number of coronavirus cases. On Friday, positive data of the US economy was released, due to which investor sentiment improved and gold’s shine faded.

In the last trading session, there was a big fall in the prices of gold by Rs 388 and silver by Rs 920. HDFC Securities had informed that gold had fallen by Rs 388 to Rs 47,917 per 10 grams on Friday in the national capital’s bullion market. Similarly, silver also declined by Rs 920 to Rs 69,369 per kg from Rs 70,289 per kg in the previous trading session.

What is the price of 22kt and 24kt gold in different cities

If you look at the Good Returns website, today the price of 24 carat gold is 5,126 on 1 gram, 41,008 on 8 grams, 51,260 on 10 grams and 5,12,600 on 100 grams. If you see per 10 grams, then 22 carat gold is being sold at 47,110.

If we look at the prices of gold in major cities, then the price of 22 carat gold in Delhi is 47,110 and 24 carat gold is running at 51,260. In Mumbai, 22 carat gold is running at 48,310 and 24 carat gold at 49,310. In Kolkata, 22 carat gold is Rs 47,910, while 24 carat gold is Rs 50,710. The price of 22 carat gold in Chennai is Rs 46,160 and 24 carat is Rs 50,360. These prices are per 10 grams of gold.

If we talk about silver, according to the website, the price of silver per kg is Rs 71,600 per kg.

Silver is being sold at Rs 71,600 per kg in Delhi. The price of silver in Mumbai and Kolkata is also the same. The price of silver in Chennai is Rs 76,300 per kg.

What was the trend of the futures market in the last trading session

Gold prices fell by Rs 18 to Rs 48,659 per 10 grams as speculators reduced their positions amid weak spot demand. On MCX, gold for delivery in August fell by Rs 18, or 0.04 per cent, to Rs 48,659 per 10 grams. It had a business turnover of 12,136 lots.

At the same time, the price of silver fell by Rs 96 to Rs 70,714 per kg. Silver futures contract for delivery in July fell by Rs 96, or 0.14 per cent, to Rs 70,714 per kg. The futures contract was traded for 12,484 lots.
