Gold Silver Price: After a day of gains, gold prices have fallen again. The price of 24-carat gold in the capital, Delhi, fell to ₹121,620 per 10 grams on the morning of October 31st. Gold prices fell due to a strengthening dollar, following the Federal Reserve’s slowdown in interest rate cuts and easing US-China trade tensions. The US central bank, the Federal Reserve, cut its key interest rate by 0.25 percent. However, Fed Chairman Jerome Powell has indicated that further policy rate easing is unlikely in the near future, citing a lack of new economic data amid the ongoing US government shutdown.

Regarding US-China trade, US President Donald Trump has reduced tariffs on China by 10 percent, bringing the rate down from 57 percent to 47 percent.
