The Noida Authority said on Wednesday that it has allotted industrial land in Noida area to 13 companies including Adani Enterprises and Dixon Technologies. This initiative is expected to bring an investment of Rs 3,870 crore to the Noida region.
Rs 2,500 crore will be invested
The authority said in a statement that 39,146 square meters of land in Sector 80 has been allotted to Adani Enterprises for the proposed data center. The company is expected to invest Rs 2,500 crore in Noida. According to the statement, more than 60 firms had applied for land in the process. Out of them, 13 companies found eligible have been allotted plots.

Following the approval of Noida Authority CEO Ritu Maheshwari, a total of 1,99,848 square meters of land plots located in Sector 80, 145, 140A and 151 have been allotted.
