New Delhi: Government employees of Bihar are going to get good news (7th Pay Commission) once again before Diwali. After increasing the dearness allowance by 11 percent, in the next month i.e. October 2021, the employees will also get 2 months’ outstanding dearness allowance. It is expected.
According to media reports, this proposal has been approved in the cabinet meeting chaired by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in the past. According to this, the employees getting salary or pension under the 6th pay scale will get 189 percent dearness allowance instead of 164 percent from the month of July. The employees or pensioners getting salary / pension under the 5th pay scale will get 312 percent instead of 312 percent. Dearness allowance/relief of 356 percent will be given. It is expected that in October, along with the salary, the state government employees can also get dearness allowance for the months of July and August.
Let us inform that recently the Modi Government of the Center has increased the dearness allowance and relief of central employees by 28 percent. After this, on August 15, the Nitish Kumar government of Bihar had announced to increase the dearness allowance of the officers, employees and pensioners of the state government and said that on the lines of the central government, the officers, employees and pensioners of the state government would be paid on July 1, 2021. The rate of Dearness Allowance will be increased by 11 percent to 28 percent.
