Good news for youngsters! There will be no problem of jobs in 2021, these companies will be fiercely recruited, will get more salary

53 percent of companies in India have said that they are preparing to increase their workforce in 2021. 43 per cent of the companies surveyed have said that they are thinking of giving bonus to their employees more than one month’s salary.

Last year may have reduced job opportunities in India due to Corona virus epidemic (Covid-19), but according to a survey, 53 percent of companies say that they are preparing to increase their workforce in 2021. More than 74 percent of tech companies in India are looking to increase their staff strength by more than 14 percent. The Talent Trends 2021 report of professional services provider Michael Page India states that at least 53 per cent of companies in India are set to make new recruits in 2021.




Strong demand expected to continue-The report said that recruitment-related activities had declined by 18 percent during 2020 due to the epidemic. Nicholas Dumoulin, managing director of Michael Page India, said that notable developments have been seen in the technology and healthcare sectors. Apart from this, strong demand is expected to continue in the field of Internet based businesses like e-commerce and education technology.

There will be increase in salary, bonus – According to the survey report, 60 percent companies said that they will increase salary this year. 43% of the companies involved in this survey have said that they are thinking of giving bonus more than one month’s salary. Due to the advance technology in India, there is a boom in the rest of the segments of software development, gaming and IT industry. Talking of hike in salary, the healthcare sector is expected to witness a maximum increase of 8 percent this year. After that, the fast moving consumer goods sector is expected to grow by 7.6 per cent and e-commerce by 7.5 per cent.




These companies in IT sector will be hiring-The country’s four largest IT companies TCS, Infosys, HCL and Wipro have recruited 36487 employees in the October-December quarter. In the third quarter of last year, these four companies together hired only 10820 employees. Accordingly, there has been a 240 per cent jump in hiring in the third quarter. It is believed that this pace of hiring will continue in the next financial year (2021-22). According to the report, these four companies are planning to hire around 91000 freshers in the next financial year.
