Yogi Adityanath Government: There is good news about outsourcing employees in Uttar Pradesh. The Yogi Adityanath government of the state has prepared a blueprint to provide facilities to such employees through Outsource Service Corporation. Under which not only the employees will be given facilities but preparations have been made to provide many facilities to their families as well.
According to the draft proposed by the department, the state government will give one lakh rupees to the daughters of outsourcing employees on selection in higher education and UPSC main examination. Along with this, the children of these employees will be given reservation in admission in MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing.
Proposal ready for outsourced employees
The UP government is now going to form Outsource Service Corporation to deploy outsourced employees in various departments. Many provisions have been made for outsourced employees in its draft. In which one lakh rupees will be given to the daughters of Class IV employees on selection in medical, education, MTech, IIT, IIM, PhD and UPSC main examination.
Similarly, a provision has been made to give one lakh rupees as incentive to their children if they get selected for studies in a foreign university. For this, the government will create a welfare fund. This facility will be available to only one daughter of a family.
The government will make a provision of separate reservation for admission in MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing courses to the daughters of employees outsourced in various departments. The government is seriously deliberating on this. Till now, only OBC, SC, ST and economically poor people get reservation. In such a situation, the government is deliberating on whether these children will be given reservation under the reservation decided till now or there will be a provision of separate reservation for them.
