Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal has said that a separate cell will be set up for redressal of complaints related to plot, housing scheme and house repair scheme for scheduled caste category. Along with this, a separate portal will be created for these complaints.




He said that the scheme related to the registry of houses outside Lal Dora would be implemented. Responding to the query of many workers regarding Lal Dore, the Chief Minister said that soon the scheme of registry would be implemented for the people living outside Lal Dore in the villages.

Through this scheme, digital details of people’s property can be kept. Under PM Swamitva Yojana, the revenue department has started collecting records of the population of the village land. Scheme There are 6350 villages in Lal Dora of Haryana State. Out of these villages, 1511 village records have been made. In which about 72445 citizens have got ownership rights. After getting the title, the owner of the land can buy, sell and get a loan.




Formation of drafting committee to make amendments in Haryana,
work is being done expeditiously in the cities under the ownership scheme. Apart from this, the amended law of ownership scheme will be passed in the Haryana Legislative Assembly. A drafting committee has been constituted by the government to pass this law.

This committee includes Deputy Commissioner, Director General of Revenue Department, Director General of Local Body Department and Director General of Panchayat Department. After the draft is prepared, the approval will be taken from the cabinet. Apart from this, the owner of the land can also sell his land through the e Bhoomi portal.
