Haryana: Four youth arrested with heroin worth seven crore in Sonipat

On Saturday, a team of the Crime Investigation Branch in Haryana arrested four youths with heroin. The CIA team arrested four youths with 1 kg 740 grams of heroin while patrolling near village Dahisra in Sonipat. The price of heroin in the international market is said to be around seven crores.

The accused have been identified as Vikas alias Soni, resident of Bawana, Delhi, Sandeep Bedi, resident of Bhagatpura on Old DC Road, Arvind resident of Sevali and Mukhadar alias model resident of Brahm Colony. The accused are being questioned by the police.

CIA-appointed ASI Ramesh Khatri said that he was patrolling near Jagdishpur with his team. It was found out that Vikas, resident of Delhi, Sandeep resident of Sonepat, Arvind and Mukaddar were bringing drugs from Delhi.




They immediately blockaded Zero Point near Dahisra village. When the young man came in the car from Delhi, he was stopped. During the search, 20 grams of heroin were recovered from Arvind, 803 grams from Vikas, 523 grams from Sandeep and 394 grams from Muqaddar. A case has been filed against the accused in the Kundali police station.
