HDFC Bank’s message to customers, Netbanking will be affected for 2 days

Private sector big bank HDFC has informed its customers through a notification that their services will be interrupted on February 3 and 4. So if you are a customer of HDFC Bank and you also have to do any transaction, then this news is of your great use.

Delhi: HDFC Bank (HDFC Bank) has informed its customers through notification that the bank’s service will be affected on February 3 and 4 due to technical problems. During this time, the bank has advised customers not to do transactions.




When not to do Transaction
On behalf of HDFC Bank , it has been told that due to the maintenance, the Debit Card service will be closed from 12:30 AM to 5:00 AM on February 4. The bank has also informed that during this time customers will also not be able to use NetBanking (HDFC NetBanking) or Mobile Banking App (HDFC Mobile Banking App). Let us tell you that the service of HDFC Bank was also affected last night. The customers were not able to use the credit card during the night from 2 to 3 pm, although the bank had already given information about it.

RBI is conducting audit
Let us tell you that RBI has entrusted the responsibility of auditing the entire IT infrastructure of HDFC Bank to an external professional IT firm. Under Section 30 (1) B of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, the RBI is auditing the entire IT network of the bank and for this an external professional IT firm has been appointed.




The Reserve Bank has asked HDFC Bank to stop the launch of all digital business generating activities under Digital 2.0. The bank has also banned all proposed businesses in which IT is to be used. Apart from this, the issuance of new credit cards has also been banned. RBI will lift all restrictions when the audit work is completed.

HDFC profits increase in third quarter
HDFC Ltd said on Tuesday that its Net Proffit increased to Rs 5,724.23 crore in the third quarter of FY 2020-21, from Rs 4,196.48 crore in the same period last year. HDFC Limited told the stock market that its cumulative total income increased to Rs 39,267.59 crore during the period, from Rs 29,073.19 crore in the same period of 2019-20.
