HDFC Bank is sending a mail to its customers informing them that from 2 am to 7 am on April 13, customers will not be able to use the bank’s net banking and mobile banking app services. The bank says that in order to provide better banking experience to the customers, the bank is doing maintenance work in its system, due to which customers will not be able to use the banking service for some time.

HDFC Bank said that during these 5 hours, customers will not be able to use many banking related services – such as account balance enquiry, deposit, fund transfer (IMPS, UPI, NEFT, RTGS), account statement download and payment services.
