Hearing in Supreme Court: The wait is over! Whether or not the 12th board examinations will be canceled will be decided today

Keeping in view the increasing cases of corona infection, the Class 12 board examination should be canceled. The petition filed by advocate Mamta Sharma in the Supreme Court is going to be heard today. The petitioner said that if the examinations would be postponed in view of the prevailing conditions, the result could be delayed. Which will have an impact on further studies. At the same time, it is not possible to get millions of children tested safely in the corona epidemic. Therefore the examinations should be canceled.




Advocate Mamta Sharma has declared the result on the basis of objective method. It has also demanded that the results of class XII declared on the basis of objective method within the time frame fixed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Should be taxed.

Consent on conducting examination
In a statement to the media, a senior official of the Ministry of Education says that a consensus has been reached to conduct the examination based on the proposals received from the states. However, the final decision will be announced by the Education Minister on 1 June.

NSUI’s performance will be outside the Ministry of Education
Congress student organization NSUI is going to protest outside the Ministry of Education today demanding the cancellation of the twelfth board exam. The NSUI says that children are likely to be the most threatened by experts in the third wave of corona. In such a situation, examinations should be canceled considering the health of the students.

300 students wrote a letter to the Chief Justice
Nearly 300 students have demanded cancellation of the examinations as soon as the call for conducting the Twelfth Board Examination was held at the high level meeting held on Sunday. Students have sent a letter to Chief Justice NV Ramana urging that CBSE should plan alternative assessment instead of conducting offline examinations.
