Heavy Rain Warning: According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on November 21 and 22. Tamil Nadu may experience rainfall from November 21 to 26. Rainfall is also expected in Kerala and Mahe from November 21 to 23. Rainfall is expected in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, and Rayalaseema on November 26.

Heavy Rain in These Areas

Light to moderate rain and thundershowers are likely at many places in Tamil Nadu from November 21 to 26. Heavy rainfall is expected in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on November 20, 23, and 24, and very heavy rainfall at many places on November 21 and 22.

Cold Wave in Many Areas of Madhya Pradesh

According to the department, a cold wave is likely to continue in many areas of western Madhya Pradesh on November 21 and 22. The temperature will continue to fall and people may have to face severe cold.

Temperatures may rise gradually in Central India.

Night temperatures in Central India are expected to gradually increase by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius over the next four days, with no significant change thereafter. Meanwhile, temperatures in the plains of northwest India will remain unchanged over the next 24 hours, but may drop by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius over the next six days.

Minimum temperatures will increase in Western India

According to the IMD, minimum temperatures in Western India are expected to gradually increase by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius over the next five days. There will be no major weather changes after this. Temperatures will remain normal in the rest of the country. Cold wave conditions are likely to persist in many areas of Western Madhya Pradesh on November 21 and 22.
