This is a big question, how to know how many sims are running on your base. To find out, DoT has launched a portal called Telecom Analytics for fraud management and consumer protection or TAFCOP. From this portal, you can find out how many sims are running in your name. Along with this, the name of the SIM holder will also be known. And the SIM holder will not even know.
Government launched new portal
Department of telecom has launched this portal so that anyone can know how many sim are registered in his/her name. This portal will help such people, who want to know how many SIMs are running in their name, not only this, if there is a number, which is not in your knowledge, then you can also block it.
How to check
- First of all you have to visit the website https://www.tafcop.dgtelecom.gov.in/. And there you have to fill your mobile number.
- After that you will get a one time password (OTP).
- After submitting the OTP, a list will appear, from where you will know how many numbers are registered on your Aadhaar.
- After that block the number you are not using.
- A tracking ID will be given to the consumer, so that it can be found that what action has been taken against the issuer of invalid number on Aadhaar? The portal was launched in April, when cases of fraud numbers being registered on Aadhaar were coming to the fore.
