After this a pop window will open in front of you in which you will get a link to download Plumber Report form. And just below that, click on Proceed to Apply and proceed.
4. After clicking on Proceed to Apply, the form of Application Form for Obtaining New Connection for Water Supply/Sewer will open in front of you. As shown in below picture.

7. Registry of proof of ownership of the house or any other which is with you. Then the nearest registered plumber from whom you have got the signature done on the Plumber Report form. He has to be selected. Then enter your subdivision and finally submit by entering captcha code.
8. Then you will have a new window open in which you have to check all the information entered by you. After checking, click on the option of Attaced Document given below.
9. In the next page, you have to upload Plumber Report form and ID proof, ID proof of ownership proof or Site Map, submit it after uploading. And take a print out of your application.
